Don't know when or why this was changed, but the decay rate on the Navarn Steppe ferricas has been reduced to a stupidly short period of time.  It's impossible to tan more than 3 mobs with +5 gathering before they decay.  If you get the tanning mini-game, anything on the ground decays before you can finish the game.

Please increase the decay rate to a reasonable timeframe ... I should be able to loot 5-7 mobs  at least before they go poof.
