The recruitment system was invented for a war on territory, a node war. And you players began to abuse this for your own selfish purposes.

would be fun to see statistics how many people actually used merc system.... for actual mercing in nw/siege... its intended purpose.

I never merc but this change is so stupid that there are no words to describe it.

Players merc because they have to.

Does every player have to leave their guild and look for a new one just because no one wants to kill guild bosses?
No, because that's what the merc option is for.

In most guilds I was in, no one killed bosses, or it was done as a one-time activity, and then 99% of players didn't want to do it again, this also applies to Khan.

You have already spoiled the whale and the khalk, even though few people hunted them anyway, and now you are going to destroy the guild bosses.
Soon there will only be a pointless grind of mobs in this game, but will there be any players left?

All people in this thread saying that doing guild bosses is selfish are baiting and trolling lmao. It's quite literally party content that anybody can join. Exactly what part of that is selfish? Duel for spot is more selfish than helping people from different clans do guild bosses every day. 

And before I hear "just find your own active guild" again. My XL guild is hosting bosses every Friday with about 80 people (guildies + mercs) being present every time.
