Once you get used to it, you will find out that this is better UI choice, as you always know where to look when you need to find your inventory, and inventory is the primary item management window. I find it useful to be able to leave the conservative oldtimer sentiment "do not change anything, it confuses me". Change can be fun even for middle-aged people like us :)
Wow, was that really necessary? At the very least it should be optional (like choosing between the old menu or the new one). Not everyone likes change especially when it's unnecessary. It takes a bit getting used to, I still prefer the way it was before.

totally agree, its a matter bad cuz new.
I literally found my way here looking around to see if this was a bug.
........ unreal.
Agreed. This needs to go back immediately. I've wasted so much time flipping back and forth because I am incorrectly sending stuff to locations. Say what you want, as much purposeful time gating there is in BDO, I can't stand to add any more to it.

Ah, I did not mean anyone else but myself :) It is useful to watch one's own conservative sentiments.
No - It makes sense as is. Inventory is on the right when you press (I) or open the Storage, so keeping it on the right when opening the marketplace maintains consistency. This is how it should have been from the very start. You are complaining because your muscle memory isn't used to the change yet, but will eventually adapt and become natural.
I don't particularly like it simply because I use an ultra-wide monitor. For some reason, everything is shoved completely and permanently to the far right. I move my menus more central and the next time I open them, back to the far right they go. Maybe my recollection is amiss, but I can't recall it being so far to the right that it makes this change so annoying. Even if my memory is wrong, just let our clients memorize where we place menus and the issue is gone by all accounts.
same for storage please. when i open the storage thru shortcuts sometimes it bugs and it opens very weirdly in the right side of the display
And yet the appearance of the market vs storage displays are different. Part of the jarring-ness of the change is that before it looked different, and laid out different, but now it lays out the same, but still looks different. Half-assed job, but that's par for the course.
Has the feel of some middle management dictate with no oversight, leading devs to do minimum effort (I bet the culture there is 'do what you're told, don't think'), and with no 'ownership', no one cared to check whether the result made sense.
Also - yet another 'who asked for this' change.
Overall, the fact that market and storage laid out differently always bothered me. But this - no thanks.
edit: I am human.
No, really.
Which is more than that damned captcha can say for itself.
