War of the Roses as a casual uncapped PvP experience is a great Idea in general. Of course its gonna be difficult to balance the Teams to have a fair fight but that is not the issue I want to adress here. Right now Sanctums grant very very big Buffs. While at the start these buffs may be equally spread out between the 2 Teams it very quickly snowballs into one side gaining a huge advantage due to the sheer amount of Stats they gain. This is going to be fun for the side that has all the stats as they will be running around, almost unkillable while having a lot of damage but for the loosing side there is nothing to enjoy anymore as you wont be able to kill anyone anymore before blowing up yourself.
My suggestion would be to remove all the buffs and leave the players as they be, making it possible for the loosing side to still kill players on the winning side.
Now this would lead to a longer playtime for War of the Roses as fights will be more equal, possibly leading to more draws than intended. To alleviate this problem you could introduce a point based system based on zones controlled in its simplest form to decide the winner in the End.
Now some may say that there wont be a point in having Sanctums at all anymore and i agree that the value for them might be reduced but it is still more than enough to have an advantageous Spawnpoint on the map where ppl can respawn and reenter they fight.
