Sailor Management Menu Insufficient for 50 Sailors.

Comment: Recently the max amount of Sailors reached 50. Managig them became frustrating becase UI menu is very basic and Sailors seem to be "sorted" randomly.
You can't see Sailors stats for comparison and only 4 and 8/9 (I made that amount up) are fully visible at once because menu is so small and inefficient.
Check pic at the bottom to see how small the menu is (100% Interface scale)
Suggestions: Please consider reworking said menu and add the following features:
1. Ideally, add presets like in skills/crystals
2. Sorting options (by type, skill, lvl, cabin cost, weight etc.)
3. More Sailors and their stats visible at the same time
4. Ability to board/disembark more than 1 Sailor at a time
5. Put tips in submenu, they take to much space and are probably one time read.
I can't think of anything else for now. Feel free to post more/better ideas.

Yes, this UI need to be changed. Same as workers UI.
Although there is like 30 topics on this forum about this problem and still nothing...

The scrollbar has never worked for me, I can only use mousewheel to scroll the list.

This was supposed to be implemented last year as announced during the Festa 2023 event, along with the first mate sailor system, which at that time was called subcaptain system. It is the last thing still not implemented from the Festa announcements. There was one small comment on how the first mate system needed more balancing at the end of last year, since then, nothing.

Kinda wish more people cared. But for now it looks like it is not the case. I'm closing in on 50 Sailors and its getting more and more annoying.

I really wish they would have came out with this by now. It's been so long since its been announced and the only thing they do is make more sailors available to buy. I don't even care about the first mate sailors at this point, a simple UI to save a few presets would be great.
