Currently, in order to evolve in the Trade profession, due to the latest changes, you can only grow xp/money from crates. Therefore, the current means of transportation are insufficient in terms of time and/or quantity, for a positive evolution for the player. After the latest patches, the transport of crates has gone from being land (Grana - Valencia) to sea (Valencia-Nampo). In the past, players would overload their mounts beyond the theoretical weight of the mount and transport their trade items. Currently with the new mounts, it is limited and it is not possible to transfer those quantities making it tedious. A clear example of what is happening. If you currently use the mount with the most LT "Epheria Carrack: Advance" with its 26,300LT, you can carry less than 900. On the other hand, with a ground mount it varies between 7,000 and 10,000 boxes, depending on the type.

Some ideas that I thought and that could be considered:
⦁ Transport of the same number of retail boxes. Same for all land and sea mounts
⦁ Increase the number of objects that you can move by the "Transport" system between warehouses. Or reduce time that it takes for move it.
⦁ Possible integration of other types of weight. Like the LT and the VT either for inventory or for the central market.

They could fix all their complaints about how annoying it is to move crates now with minimal development effort if they just made the Tier 1 and Tier 2 material crates  ("Junk Crates") weight less.  Say by lopping off the last digit of the Lt to make them weight 1/2/3 Lt.

Nothing would have to be done but have the Lt values in the item tables changed and all the other mechanics/ways we have to move them would actually now be viable ways to move your crates without it taking forever or loosing more silver/time in the process of moving them then they are worth.

They wouldn't be able to do it with the Tier 3 "Money" crates because of silver balance issues, but Tier 1 and Tier 2 crates are all made at a loss purely for the experience anyway.  If people want to pump them out to level Trading they should be able to without much annoyance.  The way Trade scales, it quickly gets the the point where the benefits of a higher trade level gets prohibitively expensive or "worth" with ROIs in the decades and it's a great way to eat up leftover server matierials and be a little silver sink.

You're doing it wrong.

Crates on horse >Whistle horse into Cog > Sail the cog over.

Pick the crates off the horse onto YOU > Jump on your buddie's Carrack >They sail over.

(Also, you're EU, they have more then a few people/guilds who sail dozens of people over regularly ask around in chat.)
