2 Bitte startet das Spiel, sobald die Installation beendet ist.

Which, again, is not a problem, they only need to say "Hey guys, we're gonna be busy on BDO/CN, new engine, Crimson and DokeV for the next X months and BDO/Global will chill for the next 6 months with this current slow burn and we'll talk about it again in September" and all will be chill.

But they are too paralyzed to do anything out of fear of hurting their profits, which is also backfiring. That is the bad management part of all of this.

Begging companies to understand that gamers will happily wait for something to come out if its good

Especially MMO people. The universal joke about being an mmo enjoyer is that maybe this content drop will be the one. Next patch the game is totally gonna be crazy. That new MMO coming out in five years (maybe) is gonna be the one! "I need this..."

What I want to hear as a very long term player:

"We will be looking into investing more into the future of Pearl Abyss and related games such as BDO and upcoming titles by expanding our development teams. This may temporarily mean some slowdown in content release as we work on bringing our new team members up to speed. Over the long term, we should be capable of creating more content and resolving more issues in the products we deliver with this increase in team size. (Maybe tell us what team types they're looking at, Ex: net design, programming, artwork, class design, # of positions per known game title.) We appreciate all of our players and look forward to recapturing the long-term investment and adventure that has been the standard of our games since the beginning. We look forward to 2024 and future events alongside our players and staff."

Why do I want to hear about larger teams?
Larger teams generally always mean more production, expertise, faster solutions, and more ideas/creativity/diversity. This is great for us and lets players know that less content will be cut due to missing consecutive deadlines. Additionally, there will be more time and people to work on existing bugs that make the game look like an indie company, not the AAA studio that PA has become.

I could rant on here for a while but I think we can all see the benefit of having more devs working on our titles.
