1 Ladet die Datei BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe herunter und installiert den „Black Desert“-Launcher.

2 Bitte startet das Spiel, sobald die Installation beendet ist.

You could complain to the Support that your guild's vault was ransacked, make a suggestion so PA implements some kind of authorization system, they will definitely listen because they say they do, write them a ticket OH WAIT OH SH--

I wanted to take a moment to reply to your thread to clarify a few things you mentioned.
 
First of all, all complaints/suggestions/ideas about the game are collected through different platforms on a daily basis and this also include our Customer Support system. Every suggestion is translated and then sent out to our devs.
 
Regarding the replies from GMs at Customer Support, I totally get that it might be frustrating to get a default reply about an important topic such as this one, but at the end there is not much else we can do apart from collecting your suggestion and send it to the correct department, and that is why these replies come in handy. I even myself use these replies sometimes through tickets and funny story, a few times I did not use them and I got complaints that they were default message (So I guess you can never please everyone).
 
I don't want to extend this reply too much but yeah, your suggestions and feedback are heard even with a default reply or not.

I just quit come back every now and then they say they care but all the stuff we address take years to get attention or noticed then vanished when korea mention boom solved , pa eu n na power is not there kr basically call the shots even when they trying get money off us .-. We're just not important just a source of money to them I'm okay with that I just come back when there something to do other then that other games

Hello CM Cadry, thank you for taking your time to reply on this matter, I'm sorry for late responce I'd like to add to conversation, but I was delayed by forum ban for obscure vague reasons.
Let me ensure you that I have no reasons not to believe you or any other representative, but I'd like to clarify that "being heard" is not final goal of complain. We've been "heard" for so long time, but the main reason of complains are still there. We want our concerns fixed and annoyances removed, not just "being heard".
We want the root of the problem removed from the code of the game, not being constantly re-ensured that our suggestion are collected, processed, passed over to dev team, etc etc.

I'm pretty sure you can see the difference.
