Yeah, they gave that to Maegu's fox. I don't see why both can't have that idle especially seeing as how it originiated from Tamer to begin with. I also really miss her old summoning animation for Heilang (which they gave to Shai).

Idky they bothered when she loses the fox on awakening. Literally forced to stay succession if you even want to see the fox :c The fact she loses the fox aspect of herself so much on awakening is another thing PA did that doesn't make sense to me. Isn't the fox meant to be "her thing". I wish Tamer had more with Heilang. I wish Maegu had more with the fox. I wish Shai had more with the donkey!

Instead it always feels like we're getting less.
It was literally me seeing a trailer of tamer riding Heilang into battle that got me to download this game years ago. It's strange to me how much they fleshed out mounts at the start of the game and now gradually they're aiming for... less. Apparently the original t10 pegasus didn't even have the air dash skill it has now? It wasn't even much different than T9? Like what? Ppl have to ASK for the T10 to actually be.... a T10? And then Pegasus was just a recolor (though I did grow to like it eventually) and they once again had to release a 2nd version because people had to ASK again? These aren't things that should have ever needed to be requested... It is agiven that the next Tier should be better, no PA? Especially if you're going to make us endure this amount of RNG.

And now they take away the low tiers that got many of us into the game in the first place. Great.

I know, lol. Her awakening made no sense at all! She hated fans. It reminded her of her failure. She was never good at it. That's the whole reason she left in the first place and sought power elsewhere (the opposing school and her fox). The fans were her sister's thing (Woosa). She's rather bitter (for good reason) about it. Which is why she even mocked Woosa for it in the trailer. Maegu: "Still playing with that silly fan of yours?" 

And yes, Tamer should have more interactions with Heilang. Maegu with her fox. Mystic with Banha. Shai with donkey. Tamer, Maegu, and Mystic especially. Considering the strong mystical bond those characters have with those creatures/beings. I really wish PA would focus on immersion, story, and world building. As well as delve more deeply into the fantasy aspects of the game. As well as implementing class stories and lore better.

It's just sheer laziness by this point. That's all that's left. Goodbye variety and depth in bdo.
When I lvled Mystic and found out how limited the dragon part of her was I just thought of the trailer and how they made it out as this big deal and I was just like, "Why am I not surprised? The dragon barely exists with her even though it was clearly meant to be the highlight of her class."

That's the strange part. They've clearly shown with Eternal Winter, Land of the Morning Light, the Balenos story remake and soon the Serendia story remake that they want to move toward story telling. They made the game way less PVP oriented than it's ever been. At the same time, they remove everything related to immersion. I could say this game maybe isn't for me anymore, but not sure I could tell you who they are going for either in term of playerbase. They are pushing away every type of audiences possible. There is a clear lack or direction somewhere.

Right? Maegu's fox is just...there. It's more of an effect than anything. Same with Mystic's Banha. Very disappointing indeed. At the end of the day even with awakening, Mystic is still just a generic martial arts class. Same as Striker. Banha was just a plot device as to why she mixes water abilities with her martial arts in her awakening. In order for her to feel like a true counterpart to Striker since he uses fire. I wish for both Maegu and Mystic, that they'd be actual summons like Heilang. I'm still confused as to why she's called Mystic when there's nothing mystical about her. But I digress.

Back to the topic at hand lol. They're removing anything even remotely unique in order to make it easier for them. They just like to pretend it's for our benefit.  BDO is just another generic MMO now. Nothing special. Anything that made it stand out, they removed. Never a good sign when a game downsizes. They're cutting costs anyway they can because they don't want to spend anymore on this game. They want it simplified so it's easier to maintain. That way they're free to focus on their other games.

Yeah, it's weird. They're all over the place in terms of 'content' (what little there is). They changed the focus of this game from PvP to PvE. Add half-baked story content. Then they add 'War of the Roses' along with another Arsha server (which we didn't need) in hopes it would appease the PvP audience (that they wanted to get rid of). They always advertise this as a 'Sandbox MMORPG' but yet they remove the multiplayer aspect by continuously adding instances and solo content, remove the sandbox elements (merging lifeskills, items, mounts, adding fast travel, ect.), and don't even bother to really expand on the RPG aspect of the 'sandbox mmoRPG.' 

I guess I just won't have any mounts at all come 03/20, as I literally do not have anything above tier 4. I had just came back after a few years. This is extremely disappointing, especially just after dropping $200. There better have been a real good reason for BDO to violate one of the central rules of MMOs; never take things away from the player. 

In a more general note;

I tried the new (to me, at least) "Land of the Morning Light" and it seemed to be one step away from auto-play. It pretty much could have been done with just the "t" and "r" keys. I was asking why I was even there as I went through it. BDO seems to be trying to move away from it's niche and listening too much to the 'make it easier' and 'reach endgame faster' crowd. It is always tempting to try to move towards the lowest common denominator to chase growth. If already successful, such a move is almost always a bad idea as what led to the success is lost on the way. BDO isn't going to be WoW. Even WoW isn't WoW anymore.

If I'm smart, I'll take the hint and not be back.

Really for others it will be nice to keep T1-T5 horses and up them to t6 , but really put horse patterns T1-T5 to T6-T7

Have you tried since they made the capture game easier?  Tapping space is pretty trivial now. And one sugar lump is 100% guaranteed catch.

That said, if that is still too hard, I'm sure people will put T6s up on the market for sale and at low levels they are 2-10 million, which is very affordable these days.

But I'm sad that my special skins are going to disappear. It took me a lot of time to breed every horse skin in the game and I kept quite a few of the lower tiers that I liked, like the blonde T2 and the two black and white T3s, the all white and the all red T5s.
