Add Battle Arenas with T1 Node War caps

In order for players to properly test their T1 Node War builds, it would be nice if we had Battle Arenas that have the same AP/DP caps (one for each Easy/Medium/Hard) that T1 Node Wars have.

As long as those caps take into account the hidden stats. 600 GS can be vastly different if someone is HP, Accuracy, or Human damage stacking on the same class, due to the fact that HP, Accuracy, or Human Damage still count AFTER the cap.

All the more reason we need capped arenas so we can properly test these hidden stats too.

Yes please!!!
It's annoying to disconnect and go onto a trial character to do "fair" PvP with guildmates. This would be a ncie quality of life change.
Also, it would make testing how t1 nodewar caps work, easier, because you could test things in BA, a less time-restricted less-hectic environment than an active nodewar.
