Suggestion/Comments: Kindly consider implementing an instanced location for guilds past a certain size, I feel like this could be a huge and monumental update to spark much needed interest in the game again. Have each guild start with a small town, the size of 'Glish' or even just a plain plot of land and through time and dedication a guild could eventually create a city such as 'Calpheon', 'Valencia', or 'Grana' in terms of size and grandeur. In terms of upgrading the town, it could be done through various means such as grinding mobs & lifeskills. Players who enjoy earning raw silver can then exchange them for gold bars which can be used to upgrade certain parts of the town. In the same tone those who prefer life skills and have an active worker empire can also input those raw materials into further developing the town, ensuring that no matter the playstyle each member of the guild can contribute in some way shape or form towards their guilds success.

- Instanced Guild Towns or Cities offer a range of functional features.

Instancing splits the population and takes away life from the open-world design of the game. Not a fan.

i get that, but marni realm is already instanced, dungeons are instanced, servers are still "instanced", this would be a way to promote cammaderie and community building within the game & guilds alike. I feel like it'd be a refresher and give another incentive to log into the game and play, rather than just sit around waiting for a meaningful update or ball event to claim codes and get nothing but downgrades and dissappointment.
