I'm low AP player, mostly lifeskiller. I'm getting ~200mil. per day with my casual play. It would be a huge boost to get at least 30bil. to sell the J-Hammer!

But my J-Hammer is still hanging on Central Market for 30bil. Almost nobody buys that right now..

Maybe I will re-post with higher price in following months..

Whenever I didn't check, some hammer was sold at the moment of this check (the biggest difference I saw was 5 minutes). However, they are sold for the minimum price, i.e. 27.5 m, but remember that they are valid until the end of November (there is also a chance that they will be changed to perm). The number of new hammers appearing on the market has slowed down significantly, so by November all of them will be gone, even those at the maximum price because it is still cheaper than the cost of a deboreka tet.
