Connection issues for NA on east coast.

Most of the time I run black desert on NA servers with little or no ping issues or packet loss. But for the past 3-5 weeks, I have been experiencing both. I have of course did all of the tech support "fixes".... reset router reinstalled but the traceroute is well here is a copy of my latest one as of 1250 4-17

I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same or a similar issue

I don't know if this is related but I also was experiencing issues but only in the last two days. It was as if the game could not sync my characters location and I was unable to move or interact with anything. I kept getting loading screens that would TP me back where I was if I even attempted to brute force my way forward. I ended up shutting off my computer, thinking the issue would be resolved the next day. It wasn't. I logged in and once again I still could not interact with anything or move. I had just completed the Magnus questline so I'm wondering if all the teleporting around messed up the game in being able to read my characters proper locations.
I ended up deleting the Cache and Usercache, scanning the files on the launcher, and since then it mostly seems to be resolved. Again, I don't know if this is related though. I just happen to also be on the east coast and you posted this around the time I was dealing with this issue.

I'd tried that as well.. as well as reinstalling. As of the moment it seems to be resolved. But I'd expect it to return sooner or later.
