The desync is worse. I've lost count of how many times where I've been pushed out of 1st place because some player was able to desync past me despite the both of us moving at the same speed and gathering the same amount of boost.

YES. I know everyone has differing latencties and such but I think the server is also to blame.

Yes, it is so fun when someone hits me from behind, I slow down and he overtakes mw; but when I hit him from behind, also I slow down! Like, what the hell?
Also, plz remove shortcuts that can be used due to collision bugs! I literally see players go through barricades like they are not there, and a lot of players are abusing these points.
Desync is outright terrible.
