Quest is [Geuseunsae] Rescue Dolwse

So , when i approach the area , it atqrta the cinematics , i watch the story , but after that the screen become totally black....

i get the instruction ,,Press Q to  crouch ...blabla,, but no cinematics , screen is black and i cant continue the quest....

Please help me , maybe i do something wrong , i really dont know

I play BDO since few weeks , so im not an experienced player.

Hi there, the first step i would try is to delete your cache and then scan game files in the launcher.

You can find the Cache folder in your Documents folder ( Documents\Black Desert\UserCache), and a second one in the game installation location (Black Desert Online\Cache). 

After deleting these folders, open the launcher and click on the "Scan Files" button on the bottom left.
