Currently it is unclear which food will be consumed when adding rations to a ship. As you can see in the attached screenshots, you can barely tell that a different meal is selected. Please add a UI element, like a check mark, to make it easier to determine which food items are selected before using the food.
I really would like the resupply to not even have the option to pull ships rations from the family inventory. Absent of that the family inventory should be last on the list not first.
A separate "storage" on the boat itself for rations and cannon refills would be nice (as long as they don't get "damaged" if you get sunk), separate from the boat's actual inventory.
That way we could just load a ton on the boat (i'm sure there would have to be a limit) and press the + button to restore rations and cannonballs, without having to open up that "pick your food" window. This would also open up the possibility of incorporating auto-rations.
