A few weeks ago after a patch, my 2 characters were gone. Any ideas?

Are you looking on the correct region? Which characters were they? Did you try to delete any characters?

I am in the right region and no, I just logged in one day and they were gone. Just not interested in starting over :(

Your Family on the NA server was created on April 24th 2024 (2 weeks ago)! Are you realy sure you always played on the NA server and not EU?
If so, what was your family name, char name and/or the guild you was in?
BTW was the last time you logged in to you account before february 2021?
If so, in february 2021 the game service was transfered from kakao games to Pearl Abyss and every player was informed multiple times to transfer their accounts. If you have not transfered your account, it is gone and can't be restored.

Also check that you are logged in using the right launcher. There is a differnce between using Steam and using your email with the website launcher instead.
