i failed 36 pen geranoa accessories in a row (+21 pen clothes/13 pen tools) and dont find the motivation to continue this nonsense anymore. it is fairly obvious that the stats for blue lifeskill gear are completly out of touch and nothing but a graveyard for silver if one ever decides to sell and reinvest into other aspects of the game. furthermore there are so many things that dont make any sense to me when it comes to lifeskilling:
- loggia, geranoa, manos tools increase the failstack only by 1 unlike boss weapons/armor. kinda weird given that they need the exact same failstacks for each tier.
- loggia, geranoa, manos accessories/clothes cannot utilize cronstones.
- the vendor cronstone price for blue lifeskill tools is higher or equivilant to the cost of the item itself. Tet Dostter Hoe marketplace value 735m, pen click requires 393 crons.
- lifeskill pearl outfits (2200 pearls) cannot be bought/sold on the marketplace, cannot be extracted for cronstones/valks cry, are never given for free during events.
- horse progression is basicly split in half by a paywall for mount skill change coupons. t6 - t7 - t8 - paywall - dream - mythical.
- horse progression nowadays means chasing field bosses (????) and doing dailys, 3-4 years ago we had a huge variety of horses and a proper gameplay loop (breeding/coats).
- lifeskilling is alot more dependent on pearl shop items compared to grinding:
- the vast majority of items you produce/gather/hunt have to be sold on the marketplace and therefore require a valuepack.
- lifeskilling doesnt have "trashloot", no constant stream of silver that allows you to potentially bridge a few weeks before popping a VP.
- the marketplace weight for meals/potions/meat/wood/ore etc doesnt allow you to store/list large quantities which forces you to have a VP up constantly.
- the old moon book is a much bigger deal for lifeskillers (50% life xp (essentially 10 crystal slots)).
- +2 energy regeneration from the kama blessing basicly doubles your regeneration (+1 base, +1 tent), using +2 from artifacts is rarely an option due to other good combos.
- if you dont minimize to tray overnight you start the day with 0 energy. regenerating 400 energy (30m of gathering) takes 10h with 2 regen, 5h if you pay for kama blessing.
- fences, 8x 1200 pearls for 80 cp, fml. same thing with the container.
- carrack skins for the price of a full triple A title
- gathering/hunting/cooking/alchemy requires high amounts of carry weight/maids, like grinding does
- gathering/hunting/fishing requires a tent
i find it increasingly difficult to justify paying as a lifeskiller for this game especially if you look at the huge differences in silver/h and the lack of content for lifeskillers.

Thankfully you can skip the horse training bs by either buying a dream or buying a t8 courser.
