*EDIT: I have lost 10 days of my season pass and missed the 90% sale on the game pass waiting for support to resolve my issue... I already submitted my identity verification... I just want to purchase the game. T-T


I'm from the US, presently in Pakistan with my fiance. Returning soon... I made new accounts for both of us and she's been really enjoying the game. Well, during account creation I set our region of residence as "Pakistan".... Big mistake, apparently. Our free trials just expired, I go to buy the game, and I get a notification that there are "no payment options available for your country." Like, what the heck? Why would that be based on your "region of residence?"

Even if I log in on my PC in the United States, I still can't purchase because despite being on NA/EU servers, the system is acting like I don't have Paypal or an American credit card. It doesn't even show me a place to input payment details.

So now we're locked out of accounts we've already poured hours into, characters we like, names that were painstakingly chosen - and are now IN USE - and I can't even buy the bloody game.
She's going to be broken because it looks like we've wasted so much time, and I'm furious. Worst of all there's A SALE going right now.  I can't even change the bloody region of residence in my profile settings, it's locked.

People move.. I don't understand why "region of residence" isn't a setting that can be changed, especially if that setting functions as a paywall. 
Why the hell would you even let someone make a trial account in a country where you give them no means of actually buying the bloody game. 

Thank you. I have contacted them, but they have taken so long to do anything since I submitted the ID form that I ended up missing the 90% off on the game pass...
It has beeen days since my fiance and I were able to log in. It's still not fixed.
