With Tungrads getting their changes and 200% revamp coming up. It would be great to be able to use and see these skills more. Now that we can self obtain 200%, we could remove the ability to transfer rage (a way to limit spamming it) and players would need to build specifically for it if they choose to use it, but the 30min CD should be removed OR reduced.

They use to have essentially 0 cd and it was a huge problem in NW. 200% zerk = win

There is a reason it has a cool down and that reason is called berzerkers. While it is annoying, the reality is no matter what they do to the 200%, you are very unlikely to actually use it in pve.

All of them or almost all of them are useless, and hinder your efficiency in PvE. For PvP they are a plague and are exploitable making 1 or 2 specific classes the best while others will be trashed completely. They are fancy, I agree, but they are also contributing to an unbalanced and bad experience where they matter the most.

All they had to do was nerf zerk 200%.

What are you talking about? They have literally just released a new NW System :P

yeeep, the issue was never fixed berserkers are even more broken then they were then, the devs? refuse to nerf him in any way possible or reduce there character damage output vs other player characters.
