Friend wants to play and see the changes in BDO but can't login. He instantly gets email authenticator. He checks his email tied to his steam account but he never recieves and email with the code. He has submitted multiple tickets and he gets lack of information from the person responding to his tickets, such as we need to know the family name which he cant recall because it was over 4 years ago and after PA took over the publishing back in 2021 he was removed from my friends list, and the ticket is instantly closed. We don't know what other actions to take since they wont send an email to the email tied to his steam account. Why cant they use his Steam account name and Steam ID to verify him and change the email assigned to his account to his current email?
Did your friend complete the transfer from Kakao to PA? Since he hasn't played in 4 years, if he did not do the transfer, his account may no longer exist.
