Riding Heilang - Please make Roaring usable while moving. Possibly some other abilities, too.

The subject is the request.
We need to be able to MOVE to HIT a MOVING target.
Pretty much that's it. I love using Heilang in combat, but I struggle to use him in any combat situation since literally EVERY - SINGLE - ABILITY causes him to STOP.
... and then you're dead or required to entirely reset the combat.
