I understand that you  will add new  weapons for main and  awk,  but there is no any sense in binding us to  main and awk bs. 

Let us to have a choice for pen bs as a gift -   main/awk/offhand.

Main and Awa weapon are way better in comparison to Boss Weapons due to Extra Monster AP stat which is way higher for both of these weapons than it is for a Kutum subweapon.

New or unexperienced adventurer may choose PEN BS Offhand, griefing themselves in the process, as the difference between PEN C20 Kutum and PEN BS Offhand is marginal by 5 DR and 5 Extra Monster AP while it's significantly higher for Main and Awa weapons. Especially for Mainhand weapons.

Developers introduced free PEN BS Main and Awa weapons on purpose as New Sovereign weapons will be Best in Slot plus Sovereign Offhands aren't in development yet, so It wouldn't make sense for anyone to pick a Free PEN BS Offhand instead. It would be just a trap for new players who would regret it later.

I saw you flexing on World chat with your double PEN Deboreka Rings you have both onetapped with 240 FailStacks, so don't tell me you're that poor you cannot afford PEN BS Offhand, because that would be hypocritical Briexdon.
