Erm those are actually shai exclusive dances that no other race is able to perform BC shai are special and need to be treated as unicorns

This is a good point. Shai as the first and only RP class should have the dances for free. It is Shai players privelege as the 'enjoyment class' to have access to these aspects of the game upon creation. Ty OP +1 for this response.
