I just started playing after almost 2 months of absence.

I can see there was Life Skill items update. I cannot find my Liana's Tool Bag

1. I did a family wide search for the item, it doesn't show it.

2. I did a family wide search for the items that were in the tool bag, it doesn't show them.

3. In the new "Life equipment" window were no tools at all.

Please help me with this, I have lost my TRI III Manos Hoe.

However I'm pretty sure my TRI III Manos Knife was also in the Liana's Tool Bag. The knife, however, was in my Storage.

The tool bag was removed with the changes, you can now put all life skill tools into their own UI and use them on any character at any time

If I recall correctly all removed tools were placed in heidel storage. Given I came back to this change as well. You would think that they would make big changes like that more obvious... That and the invalid gathering time issue, or the very stupid "could not get information from central market" error that apparently doesn't exist since it's missed the known issues list at least 4 times and been broken since May... Won't be playing again until I can access the central market again.

Did you try loooking for the Hoe with CTRL+F? If you cant find it with that, please send an official ticket to support.
