Since the 7/10 patch (or maybe it was the one before that? but recent, anyway) I have been getting frequent "failed to connect" messages when swapping characters or servers, which gives no option to reconnect, so must exit the game and restart.

Maybe this is the new version of "crash to desktop", the ocurrences of which seem to have been reduced.  But overall, forced game restarts seem to have increased.

There are no network events locally or on the wire that suddenly would have been occurring the last couple of weeks and not before.

Has there been an update on this?
