I am in Villa take my normal daily sea quest and i get a cross road quest so up for the event stuff for the otter now i stuck with it i can hide it but can not toss it

Accept it. It will keep popping up instantly if you abandon it. I'd assume it's a family quest cuz I just swapped to my alt parked at termian and did it.
