ive completed every main questline on my main class(Mystic), still dont know why the serendia and calpheon is still there. i dont want to redo it all over again. HELP P.A.

There are issues in the "known issues" that have been there since late February and early March. And at lot of us have been locked out of central market access since May. This issue is probably not getting fixed any time soon. Best of luck to ya.

The Serendia and Calpheon questline was reset about a month ago, and given a complete revamp. Given your gear, I assume you did the questline before the reset, and thus it will show up again (this is as intended). Either ignore it, or just do the questline to get more quest completions for the Heralds journal.
As for the mediah part... yea I got no tips for that. It isn't in any of the known issues posts that I've seen, so you can either try to go to the NPC and see if they have the quest, or send a ticket and see if support can help you.

I'm on the same boat.
I got to Calpheon originally, (taken a break for 2-4 months) but now the quest I'm on has "disappeared" and all of them require the previous quest. But none of the previous quests will activate. I've spoken to all the janky NPC's with the main story to no avail.
Been speaking to support for 5 days now, and it's the same response "Activate all quests shown". Doesn't work the 2 times they mentioned it. I don't feel like deleting and restarting as I've dedicated finishing everything I come across with this character. It's demoralizing. Can't get any Beginner Black Stones to upgrade gear to progress. Been farming Mediah, Abandoned Iron Mines everyday to attempt at progress. but killing Blackstones to break into beginner stones can't be the only option. I need those for Tuvala!
Hope they figure it out soon. Good luck to us affected.

Do you have a screenshot of the quest you are stuck on (preferably in the O menu)? Maybe one of the other adventurers has experience with a similar bug and can give advice
