Hello PA Team
This has been happening since the release of Dosa but hasn't been addressed yet.
I'm able enter Magnus itself but cannot use the Abyssal Veins to travel to other regions.
This only happens in the Baelnos Abyssal Well for Dosa, but my other characters seem to be fine.

Do you have the Magnus quest for Balenos accepted? Iirc the wells do not work correctly while you are doing the magnus quest for that region on other chars after unlocking it already on another char.

You were right, thank you! I progressed into the Magnus questline a bit and that was the issue.
