Last time I went to use the Heidel stable this happened:

I'm expericing the same problem at Heidel storage keeper when opening inventory to process items. This began with the latest patch, only. No other PC changes. No gamepad connected. No new hardware or drivers.

Can confirm this is correct, unfortunately. It came back for me too, after a few hours. It's much less severe since disabling the screensaver camera, but it's still happening. Hopefully they acknowledge/address and hotfix this ASAP.
