Please remove boat/sea sway. It makes it really difficult to repair ship without desyncing, going under, and canceling repair.

That would be a great improvement. Also make it so that people can't fall off of boats in general. Ocean content needs major bugfixes.

to my knowledge, it can be fixed without removing sea swaying. Removing sea swaying will cut some realism from the game which I don't prefer.

it's not, Desync happens everywhere. It happens very often on mob grinding. My guess is It's a netcode algorithm issue of PearlAbyss. They should hire an expert from already established mmorpg studio.

Look im all for fixing the games sea content but PA is deadly afraid to attempt it due to the last time they touched something, then flooded all of velia, nearly all of heidel so if they try doing sea stuff again i cant wait to see it
