Problem: Massive about of blinking while inventory for char and horse is open

I can only say this could be worse for others but I hope every tries this and see if they also got the same problem
Anyway I know this exact same problem has been happening for years and many of us has reported has the may casue of fps drop other then some other stuff but I wouldnt be shock others are having pronlems to.

Most of all I want to point this out that its not a computer problem as you can see in the video.
