After returning to Black Desert after another break, I was pleasantly surprised to see many systems unified in a more comprehensive way—like life skill tools or previously the crystals, for example. As an on and off veteran who has played BDO since day one, I love seeing these kinds of improvements that bring new life to the game and enhance the player's experience.

After receiving the new event scroll, which now occupies the Tome slot on whichever character I’m currently grinding with, I started wondering if a shared Tome library across all characters would make sense. As it stands, I just need to remember to unequip the Tome or scroll before switching characters and pick it up with a maid. However, I believe a shared library would be much more practical and satisfying to use.

Without wanting to add more work for the developers, I wanted to discuss whether such a feature would be possible and beneficial for most players. My friends and I have certainly experienced frustration when switching to an alt leads to unnecessary back-and-forth unequipping or dealing with scattered Tomes across characters and storage units.

I can imagine a small menu when interacting with the Tome slot, where all available Tomes could be found and easily activated. What do you think?
