We all know that the game is in poor condition. There are many things that can be done to make players come back and keep newcomers engaged for longer, or even give the game a chance. I won't beat around the bush; the changes I'm thinking of are related to PvE, and I'll leave PvP issues to those more experienced than me.

  1. World bosses and field bosses need improvement. This should be content that interests both new and veteran players equally. Adding additional rewards to be earned, such as: cron stones, cron stone bundles, caphras bundles, very rare items like previously unseen cloaks/new helmets/armors that change the appearance of characters. I won’t go into more detail on this, but if Pearl Abyss is interested, I can provide a full breakdown of what special items these could be and what quantities of additional drops would revitalize the content.

  2. Bring back content that was great but unprofitable. Altar of Blood was a GREAT way to have fun with friends. The game lacks things you can do with friends. The game focuses on solo content, offering practically no opportunities for those who want to spend time with guild members/friends in a meaningful way. Give us new rewards, adjust the earnings from this content so that they are similar to or slightly lower than the earnings from one hour spent on one of the top grind spots. This way, people can have fun but also earn while doing so. PLEASURE FROM THE GAME SHOULD COME HAND-IN-HAND WITH PROGRESS. I could also provide a detailed breakdown of difficulty levels and rewards for specific stages. 60% of the rewards should be fixed, with 40% being RNG-based.

  3. Bring back the recruitment system but also HELP new players. Let’s assume a veteran takes a new player under their wing. Someone who just started playing or is returning with gear below 650 GS. (These are just example numbers.) Both players would receive special weekly missions to complete. If they finish them, they receive rewards in the form of upgrade materials – the veteran obviously gets more, the newbie less, but with item collection scrolls and experience packages included. You could also offer discount coupons for the Pearl Shop, which would likely boost sales. Additionally, for missions like "Kill 30,000 monsters together within a week," you could turn solo spots into two-person spots, allowing the veteran to show their new buddy the slightly stronger spots and greatly speed up their early progress – the stage where most new players drop out. For all this effort, the veteran would get access to a special shop with unique items. I have many additional thoughts and ideas for this system, and if there’s interest, I could create a more detailed version.

  4. Finally, there’s the issue that the game has TOO FEW group spots. Instead of encouraging players to spend time in the game alone, give them reasons to spend more time with friends and create strong bonds – this will significantly reduce the risk of them giving up on the game one day.

World bosses drops needs a big improvement, dropping mostly 1x Cron stone its a joke, I haven't done the old world bosses this year due to this garbage drops. The new LOLM bosses are a bit fine but time gated each one once per week is annoying, also market place are full of new " stones " at min price, usless.

When I start playing I expected a path like: Starting with season - convert to boss gear - convert boss gear to final armors/weapons - max them, then for silver grind I thought that moving to higher spots would lead to more silver/h which would make sense and worth ( in fact is not that true, either TL amount is low but higher value or TL amount is high but value is low, same thing on different spot but higher diff. After reaching the max gear ) - finally after reaching max gear now you can start pvp and have fair fights.

Reality: You can max gear but would require alot of time to spend and RNG at your side, moving to higher spots requires alot of setup done-investment to get 1b at end game spots while at lower spots its 500-750m. For pvp I can't say too much, right now there are no people at arsha but also here requires specific setup and high gear.

Like I said, if game was designed to grind for silver and get gear to max to pvp then would be more popular but in this state where you need to grind for 8-15h per day for months/years to reach a decent score its way too much, thats why people not giving a shot or to continue playing.

They still need to appreciate and show respect for those who come with ideeas/improvements/bug reports and so on, yet they don't care.

Time for PVE servers. Time to make it so if you and a friend hit a mob you both get credit and loot. That allone will make this game more enjoyable and grinding with friends rewarding.

How bout we allow looting of player bodies, and purge the weak ones from our servers.

It's time for removal of marni realm, reduction of servers, and introduction of full arsha mode on all servers. Time to make it so if you really want a spot, you have to fight for it. Maybe then, you and your friends will have a reason to band together like we did at launch.

I want to agree with you but I can't, that will be possible only if everyone have a different method to max their gear other then fighting for spot to get silver and upgrade bla bla. Imagine griefing newbies spots on a few servers only, they will not be able to progress in any way while you already have all the gear because before you had the chance to grind in peace and gather stuffs.

That mean to turn PVE into PVP game, for that I agree but for what you've said, think that you need 10b for a tap which usually its like 6-7h of grind, with PVP avail on few servers, instead of 6-7h will be delayed to 20-25h if not more, is this justified? Or you have 710GS and spots are occupied by 780-800GS players, how you deal with them if they one shot you and there no other way to get silver or other servers to change? :) Thats why this game fails so much in aspects of PVP, for high end players there are no true enemies, most of people are undergear and fight with them makes no fun or gives no satisfaction, so the game will remain PVE with no PVP activity,when PA will play their own game then maybe in future something will be improved or changed, until then thats what they can offer. Again, what I related above its due to this forced PVE, those who still playing this game are the people who still hope that the sake of game will ever change into something that will make it great once again.

You are as bad as Pearl Abyss with rhetoric that doesn't correlate to reality because you have an agenda that side steps everything.  In the case of Pearl Abyss they poison the game intentionally as part of a business model.  Ultimately it does make some sense.  They want to do a low amount of effort and yield high results with P2W strategies.

In your case it's just personal bias.  Despite all the facts being against you and your inability to practice what you preach you drone on about it like all the other so called PVPers.

Stop talking about it and fix the game yourself.  Stop pretending what you are asking for is not literally already available.  Log in to Arsha and advocate for more people to join in.  Stop rambling about PVP is dead and actually participate in it.
