Bartering after a fresh restart and do a toon before loading on my main and still the npc will not alway be there so have to switch toons again to get them to show up and this has been going on from day one 10 years ago and still not fix masybe it about time todo something. Trade Manager are the worse

Same one day after day it been going on for 10 years and they never fix it like so many other thing they do not care and only think about there new toon that came out just like support does not even do there job have a inquiry been two weeks never answered show how much they really care now day
