Hi,

I have a "Medicinal Autumn Bellflower" trade item in my inventory that I want to get rid of (don't know how I got it).

But I cannot sell or delete it.

I get the message "The item is restricted" when trying to delete it, or "not commit in memory" when trying to move it.

How can I remove it from my inventory?

Did u lose some inventory slots by like expired value pack, and item sits out of your current inventory range by chance?

If so, you likely get yourself loyalties 1d vp, toss some event inventory slot on the character or maybe do some questline to unlock more inv slots if possible.

No I have 35 slots taken out of 63. So 28 free.

No idea then, try asking in bdo discord yet or send support ticket directly.

The item is currently restricted due to a Trading level exploit (ish) that is possible with these types of items. You will not be able to use them until the exploit is fixed in some way. However if you wish to remove the item from your inventory, you can send a ticket and the GMs should be able to help you.

I have submitted a ticket, I will report here the result.

It is not that it blocks the use of a slot, it also messes with the dialogs with trade managers, the error message replacing more useful info such as the preview of the total amount gained.

A GM confirmed on the ticket what Minarya said:

To clarify, due to a bug related to the trading system, some trade items were disabled as part of an ongoing issue. This has caused items like the Medicinal Autumn Bellflower to become immovable and unsellable. We are actively working on bringing these items back to normal functionality, but for now, they cannot be moved, stored, or sold.

You have two options:

1. I can delete the item for you, freeing up your inventory.
2. Alternatively, I can move the item to Velia storage for you, and you can wait until the item becomes sellable and moveable again.

Please let me know which option you'd prefer, and I'll proceed accordingly.

Well, the GM could not do anything. Nothing worked.

We waited till today update, which generally fixed these problematic trade items, and it is OK today:

I have been able to destroy them.
