Did they rase the weight of level 5 Barter?

I can only load on me one less level 5 Barter now I am doing the same thing i done for years and now after this update i can only load 1 less level 5 Barter.

Hello Amiee,
This is a known issue and it has been registered in the list of Latest Known Issues.
The maximum quantity of certain items (such as Level 5 barter goods) that a character can carry when exceeding the weight limit is different after the Feb 6 (Thu) maintenance.

Well this was fixed but after the update on April 10 we can only load one less level 5 barter

After today Maint on April 17 still not fix still can not load what it was before then they broke it and then fix now broke again
I see nothing about this again so trying to make sure they fix it
