Is anyone else having this problem?

I recently started a new guild and I have been unable to upload a guild emblem. As per the information provided in-game and on the forums, and I have everything in order. Dimensions are 60 x 60 pixels, it is a .png file, its name is Gmark, and it is placed in the BlackDesert folder. It is currently Monday on the NA servers, which is the only other stipulation listed. 

(I have also turned off 'Read Only' on the BlackDesert file and Gmark).

I have tried on multiple characters, with multiple Guild Emblem Certificates, however I keep receiving the same message "Failed to load the Guild Emblem file". If possible, I will attach a screenshot of the image specifics to this thread. 

Has anyone encountered this in the past, and were you able to fix it? The only other thing I can think about is my guild has 9 members (I heard in the past at least 10 were needed to have an emblem).

Update!

My Guild emblem is now updated! 

I was unable to do it myself, I suspect it is because of how my files were situated in my computer, and a guildie of mine was able to upload on their end.

For me, My BlackDesert file was located in MyDocuments>PearlAbyss>BlackDesert 

For them, it was located in MyDocuments>BlackDesert

If you have this issue, make sure you are experiencing the same pathing in your documents and you should be fine.
