First issue - why the base price of an entire Carrack on the market is so low, compared to the time it takes to make one?
Who would sell it for such a price, considering the time they took to farm the mats. The same is valid for the blue carrack gear price.
As a casual, I can make 2 billions per day if I play long enough, so I can buy a carrack after 10 days or something.
Why such offense to those who want to make good money from their long time spent and dedication?
Second issue:
Imagine someone new to sea content buys the carrack and the blue gear...to do what?
Bartering. Travel the seas...catch some fish. Anything else? One can do it with Galleas and Bartali too.
Really, to do what in sea content after spending months to farm mats and assemble the ship, or the few billions to buy it?
These are rhetorical questions.
It feels to me PA has tried to patch the sea content issue, but did it backwards. They should have first created new, exciting sea content that gives very decent (end game) rewards, and many more new monsters and farm spots, then put the carrack and blue gear on the market, with a high price. One cannot just open the sea content to everyone who spends a few billion while spitting on those who sell, and then the buyer would realize there's nothing to do with their ship in the sea.

For a starter, I'd be fine if they'd unlock sea monster hunting potential again.
Un-nerf the guild payout system.
In the past you could do SMH with your guildies and work together for your weekly guild payout based on sea content.
You could get 1-2b weekly payout on average, where most hardcore sea hunters averaged above 8b.
From land PvE at that time you had 300-500m at best. So yea... smh then looked a bit broken, but it was like 2018....
They nerfed smh in a such way, that from any guild payout above 500m, you only receive 50% from each 100m and from anything above 1b you'll only receive 30% of each 100m, along with that change most smh guilds just died or became +ultra casuals.
What is 500m/h nowadays? A definition of dead content. And what is 500m, after lots of effort, a week then? xD
You get 3x as much for doing guild bosses once a week, u get 3-4x as much on endgame grindspots.
I do more now within 12h with afk content like fishing or horse training.
Every single time PA release a new meta grindspot or silver yielding activity, be it PvE or lifeskill, they should always fine-tune other content and its income value to not let it fall behind other content AND it shouldn't take 3-4 years to realize things need an update.
SMH as content was unique enough and required you to tackle a completely different branch of things in bdo than just life skill or land grinding. I bet players would be happier if they can put their carracks to use for something else than bartering and killing 10-15mobs a day to make dailies.
