I'm trying to get this Roxanne's Curse quest done, which is from Mysteries of Summer 2020.  It requires you to use a coupon code to get a Resplendent Bead.  The coupon code no longer works.

I've submitted a ticket about this and was told that "the questline has ended and we are unable to complete it now", however, THE QUEST IS STILL ACCEPTABLE, so why can you not fix the completion method?

Either reactivate the coupon code "BDOAOAC" (for NA players), or make it so we can talk to an NPC to get the Resplendent Bead.   

You already changed the rest of the questline to be soloable for the most part, but this one needs to be fixed.  Hell, they even fixed the one that requires the cigars from Arehaza trade goods after disabling active trading.

Did you check your mail, they had sent the bead to everyone before.

When was this?  probably before I started in 2021 lol

I have a bad news for you, I reached that quest last week, using the duskwing to finish the balloon and the platform quests.  I still had the "Resplendent Bead" because I started the questline during the initial event, before being stuck at several steps during years for various reasons ( including my legendary bad luck and poor connection that keep loading that plarfotm after I felt under it).  Even with that ingredient, I am still stuck because we are missing the essence and fruit of enhancement that aren't in game anymore. I tried to replace it with the nature equivalent after unification, but it doesn't work.   PA Support said to keep an eye on 'Annoncements' in case they decide to fix it, but did'nt promise anything.

I read someone said that in completionists discord and also someone that said they were still able to do the recipe with the essence of nature..  they must have broke it recently if it's not currently working

It could be recent or not, what I can say for sure is  that its not working at the moment ( I have screenchots as evidences) and according to the support there is curently no alternative available.   Besides the 'unification process' I don't realy see what else coud have break it, as there is rougly a year  beween my attempt and the unification,  that's a tiny room for breaking it. Althrough as an 'old quest' its probably out of their radar.  In any case,  finding the origin of the issue is a dev problem, but I doubt its on top of their priority list, as most of the current  players don't even known those quests exists.

but, you gotta remember, they took the time to fix the one that needed the cigar from the Arehaza trade items (now you just talk to the Arehaza trade manager), and about a month and a half ago they took the time to fix the rose that wasn't spawning at Stonetail.  So, they can't give any excuse that it's dead content because they've been fixing it.
