For real, you got like 15% of an entire area just taking up map space. Can we do something with it?

The mayority of the entire bdo map is literately a waste of space, as noone use them anyway, so I doubt that it would matter much, that somewhere at the edge of the map there is a another unused spot or not...

Swap solo content into party, nobody's playing there, what can go wrong?

Is it bad that I read the title and thought to myself, I wonder if he's talking about Gyphin, Oh wait looks like he was IMAGINE FREAKING THAT.

IMO they screwed up when they redid Gyphin, They raised the Requirements to go there without doing anything else with the loot, they should have instead, either Doubled the loot drop and drop rate without touching anything else there, or lowered the requirements to grind there without touching the loot table.  Gyphin is literally the worst grind spot in the game bar none in gear and diviculty to silver per hour ratio.  

To be fair it was always a Party spot, but you could solo it, just no one did because the silver per hour, xp per hour, and SP per hour were trash no matter how you did it.  Then they went and made it worse.

You're right, there was always a party, but:

Gyfin Rhasia Temple was introduced with Kamasylvia - Part II as Black Desert’s first 5-person coop hunting ground.   

At this time, we recommended the high level of 240 AP.

Gyfin Rhasia Temple has now been transformed into a hunting ground that recommends 270 AP.

- Buffed monsters of Gyfin Rhasia Temple.

→ Increased HP +180%, AP +7%, DP +8% 

- Changed majority of Gyfin Rhasia Statue of Earth monsters to be aggressive.

- Reduced time of Gyfin Rhasia Temple monsters to enter combat by 30%.

- Reduced combat EXP by 50%, increased skill EXP by 100% of Gyfin Rhasia Temple monsters.

Conlusion: maybe party 5 but could solo it in 240 ap times. Now its not solo and no party because it is not profitable with 5 people, and it is too difficult alone.

Gyfin Rhasia Temple should be swapped / reverted to 240 AP solo zone.

Even tho the Skill XP was increased by 100% it was nerfed by almost the exact same amount, due to the increase in mob health and DP, I guess it was a net 5% buff in Skill XP, but a nerf in combat XP by more than 50% it went down to roughly 25% of combat XP, also they reduced the silver per hour by 50% due to not changing the Drops, while also increasing the HP and DP of the mobs.  

I agree, the spot should be dropped to a 170AP grind spot, and maybe when Elvia Kamasylvia comes out it can be a 270 5 man spot.

Side note, Elvia Pollies when, that could be fun.

Sadly Gyfin used to be good but after the changes its just not worth going, def not in party :/
