Currently if you trigger a rift boss spawn, or summon a scroll boss, there is a few seconds, when the boss just stadns in place, and you can't do any damage to it.
This is not only annoing, but even looks weird, remove it as it doesn't have any point in the first place, jsut make the game look clunky.
Along with the 8 second self stun where you can't move as well.
+1 smooth out the whole process.
They should also make all scroll bosses have a Black portal like the main story line so you don't have to open your inventory, right click and realize you are 2 nanometers off of the summon area making you move to the "proper" location.

All this would be unnecessary if we could combine the scrolls into something harder still with better rewards.
And for the love of god, just let us stack the pieces and use simple alchemy to combine them.

No, even if we could combine it, the delay is pointless and bad.
And it's not like you could combine rift and quest bosses...
I like this idea. Nothing is as annoying when you have 40 scrolls to run where the boss takes 10 seconds to come out of the portal after you spent 5 seconds summoning it...
This is easily do able too. Sense all they'd have to do is remove the mobs iframe when there spawning. I know one of the private server GameZ did this and it worked fine. IDK why PA refuses to do it. I have over 200 boss scrolls I don't feel like doing sense them spawning is 3/4 of the fight.

Khalk doesn't have an iframe when running Pila Fe scrolls, so it's odd that every other boss does.
These delays are incredibly annoying - especially in the cases where the boss is dead within a few seconds (if not almost instantly) after finally being able to damage them. It stands out less when it actually takes some time to kill them, which may be why they thought that it was a reasonable delay in the first place (especially when many of these bosses were much harder to kill when the average gear score was much lower), but even then, it's very annoying to not be able to damage the boss even though they're right in front of you.
Also, this isn't only a problem with summonable bosses. Field and world bosses have exactly the same problem. So, it's a problem with bosses in general. IMHO, all bosses should be attackable as soon as they show up.
