I don't know what to do right now so I got the idea to do a list of every stuff I find useless in BDO in 2021. I'm pretty sure PA forgot some of them, maybe.
So let's begin.
Be free to correct my english. It's not my main language. And please, try to stay correct.

Weigth.
In the begining on the game, maybe that was a cool feature, but lets be honest, today it's more restrictive than every else. Even for lifeskill than farm, you need weight. Mostly items in BDO have weight, even your the gear which takes 104.2LT.
The feature needs to be remove. It's restrictive and the price is stupiditly expensive (also, lets not forget that PA likes to add some limited weight item in the cash shop during some event, so if you miss it, you'll have to wait a whole year).

Infinite Compass / Infinite Map.
A lot of players are farming it. The compass can help you in the desert / ocean to see yourself in. And in second time, to teleport players on you. The map allows to TP urself in a town and come back at your original location. But let's be clear, actually it's useless, with oasis, you can get compass for 1 gold, yes you can't TP ppl on you, but you can urself in the ocean / desert, and even with that, if you know how to use ur mini map, you won't lost yourself.
About the map, we can buy Oasis map for 1 gold, we can use it separately than the normal, so you can do double TP if you need. Also, some spot like Kratuga, drop a ton of map. In few hours of farm, I got 206 maps.
So what the point to farm then if some features are useless ?

This item cannot be used in your current state.
Annoying one, imagine you are farming and a guy is asking you a duel for spot. So you kill your mob, you have to equip your Nouver to be an AP monkey BUT you can't because you hitted some monsters few secondes ago, the game is asking you to stop moving for 20 seconds to equip a weapon or an alchemy stone. Just ???????? It's so irratating because you are losing time.
It's the same thing when you want to open a box.
It's, again, the same idiot thing, when you want to dye an outfit on a boat. Just ???? What the difference between the boat's floor and the floor in a city / spot ? Nothing, so why we can't dye our outfit when we are on the boat ??

Cristal lost in PVE.
This one is going to hurt some people, I'm sorry guys. Sooo, lose cristal in PVP ok, why not. But what about PVE ? Actually some cristals are so expensive that you need more than few hours to recover the money that you wasted to get back the cristal. This feature is just stupid and outdated with the actual game. It's the same on bosses, why do we lose cristals on bosses ?? Since 5 years players are asking to you PA, to remove cristals lost on bosses.

Free to play Dye.
With what I understand, the new Loyalties shop doesn't allow you anymore to get free dye. So can somebody tell with we still have the possibility to buy them on the market and why we still have the "Dyes you have" in the Dye menu ? Why keeping that if you, PA removed it ? Because now, you are just telling use to shop this damnit Value Pack to get free dye during a month ?
Dyes should be something totally free without premium service or inside stupid RNG boxes.


Timer on Nadder's Band.
This one is one the biggest joke of 2020. Why did you put a timer of 10 minutes when we are swapping a 100+ failstack ? I don't understand why you did that PA. The system was supposed to change some stuff with FS, makes it more annoying but no, you added this feature. So we still using alt for big FS because the system didn't change anything due to this timer.

The Evasion Skill.
That's one is cool, since the begining of the game, this skill is there, everybody is locking it because this skill can kill you in PVE / PVP. So why we still have it ? Why do you still add it on new classes ?

Infinite Mastery / Skilled Hunter.
Those two skills are useful, ngl but they are kinda outdated too, the bonus isn't really important in 2021 because there HP logs, Blackstar weapon. So maybe it's time to rework them and reduced the point's cost.

Points' overcosting in pre awakening skill tree.
Some skills in the pre awakening cost too much points. And most of them are useless. So why keeping the cost high when it's useless ?

Desert's Prison.
I don't know what was the idea behind that from the original BDO's Team, but today it's useless. No update since the release of BDO but it still there.

No visibilty of the mini map in the desert / ocean.
The feature was fun but now, if you take the time to use your mini-map, you won't lost yourself anymore.

Muiquun.
The city of negative players. Well, the city is far away from important spots of 2021, also, we don't see that much of players in red because it's an inconvenience than funny.

Sherekhan Necropolis.
What is wrong with this spot ? The night is annoying and useless. The ammount of token is ridiculous if we compare it to Blood Wolf.

Camel.
Now we can do a diné to travel in the desert and even with that, just walking is enough.

Desert's tent.
Just useless, what was the point to add ? Why you can't use the p2w tent and the free one ?

Timer on tagged character.
What's the point to add 5 minutes of timer ? We aren't going to hack the game with two characters.

Always hoped they would give up on the dye scam :/

Free dyes would mean pretty much no loss for them while at the same time make everyone in the game happy.

Your concept of the Compass and Map is completely wrong and you obviously do not understand the reason why its OP.

Archaeologist’s Map

6 hour cool down allows you to goto ANY TOWN and return back to your original location I.E. Kartuga,Hystria,Aakman or any specific spot on the map ..... Oasis Maps and Maps only allows you to TP to Nearest location.

Lafi Bedmountain’s Upgraded Compass

Allows TP to ANYSPOT were the owner of the compass is at and up to 5 party members this is also a 10 min Cool down.

yes the above works as well as a reg map and compass but also has unlimited USE AND you can have more than 1 of them I.E. 2,3 or 4 compass as in certain streamers have and can TP up to the entire guild to a location AND OR  TP GM that uses command to gather.

the uses for both Map and Compass are highly Sought after and give your guild a major flexibility in GvG's basically with both as a GM and or a officer/member drop any player anywere on the Map and have the entire guild there if needed within a few min.

In your entire post about "useless items" you got 1 correct, that is the desert tent.  

Look at what in the cash shop (cough turn 100+ stack into an inventory failstack) than realize why this is a design choose. Call it  stupid theory if you want but as long as it makes one person buy the item in the cash shop that took PA 2 seconds to make than PA's dession is justified. Welcome to a game were the features and systems are designed around what they can sell in the cash shop not how they can improve the game for the player.

Maybe actually make a coherent sentance and people will understand what your talking about. Cause your question literally makes zero sense no matter how you read it.
