Having to constantly re-enter our OTP for a saved computer, and saved IP address is pretty frustrating, and I'm sure will lead many people to disabling it to avoid the inconvenience.
Simple solution, allow the launcher to identify our computers IP address.
Except you don't need to have OTP on for a saved computer?

There is no such thing as dedicated IP for personal users anymore, your IP change every time your connection session restarted - some ISP's perform restarts every 24h, but i think max is like 100h for 1 session.

That really depends on the type of connection you have and how your ISP functions. In the past, when I had DSL, restarting the modem pretty much always gave a different IP address, whereas the types of service I've had in recent years have typically kept giving me the same IP address even when the connection had been down for a while. So, I could have the same IP address for months if not years. Of course, to actually guarantee that your IP address stays the same, you have to pay for a static IP address, which home users don't normally do, but for some of us it usually stays the same even if it's technically dynamic. Either way, it makes no sense to rely on home IP addresses being static, since they normally have no such guarantee.
Regardless, unless you have a static IP, skipping requiring OTP because of the IP address is arguably a security hole. And even with a static IP, you could have multiple computers with the same external IP (even an entire dorm if you're at college), making it so that OTP really wouldn't be protecting you from folks nearby like it's supposed to. So, not requiring OTP based off of your IP address is arguably a bad idea.
Now, maybe they could go off of your MAC address instead, since that's much harder to have duplicates of, but usually, when you use any form of 2FA, you actually want to have to enter it every time, because that's more secure, and the whole point of using 2FA is security.
