Trying to upgrade my Epheria Sailboat in Velia, 2/7 slots occupied there (my Galeass and the sailboat I want to upgrade). No sailors left on the sailboat, no gear or other equipment. I have all needed materials to upgrade, included a full + 10 old Epheria gear which is fully repaired.

I get the upgrade screen and the progress indicator running to 100% and then the message "you cannot register anymore..."

WTF?

Any idea?

Are your epheria parts fully repaired/max durability?

Jep, 100% durability and fully repaired.

I hate such stuff. If there is a max count for ships, why not attach it to some sort of tooltip or deliver the information in another way? Nothing learnt from the scandal about hidden stats PA?

Do you have any items stored on your boat? The boat inventory must be empty.

Nothing left on the ship, no gear, no sailors, no outfit.

I have 5 Epheria Sailboats, 2 Improved Epheria Sailboats, 1 improved Epheria Frigate and 1 Epheria Galeass - all distributed to towns and cities along the coast (Port Epheria, Port Ratt, Velia, Illiya Island, Altinova, Ancado, Arehaza...is there a hidden limit for T1/T2 boats?

EDIT: Doh, forget it, I was so focused on gear and its durability and removing outfits from the ship, that I forgot to remove the 500 Kama meals and the cannonballs from the inventory.....so dumb.

No gear, no sailors, no outfit does not mean nothing in the boat inventory. I see that you figured it out eventually.
