I play this game since the second closed beta and i purchased 5 years ago the conqueror package when it was available. it was €100 in total and you got the early bird title, a pet, a horse, permanent horseflute, shudad armor, some elion tears and some other things. Now i know that with the merge back then kakao (first they were known as daum) changed the name of the packages. In my profile however i was still the owner of the conqueror package.

Now that Pearl Abyss took over the publishing from Kakao they also changed the packs. When i go now to my profile i see that i have a novice package. 

So i wonder now what this means for me. Do i still have the same as what i got with the conquerors package? 

My guess is that nothing has changed for your account.  You should still have your items and what not.  But probably you can buy the pack(s) again if you so choose, to get more items, pets, etc.

Just a guess though.  My account also just shows the novice pack, even though I bought multiple packs from Kakao.  Hopefully someone clarifies things eventually.

This transfer process is so confusing and counterintuitive. I have a preorder account back when BDO launched. I also bought the premium packages. I followed the transfer process to move accounts early. 

But I was stuck wondering when I can resume play because the launcher was stuck at the "Thank you adventurer.." screen (and I read that we could continue playing using same launcher when I transfered...

So now I'm uninstalling and downloading to reinstall...

No clear announcements (just a list of events stuff to scroll past) or even a good FAQ page to say what to do to actually play the game post-transfer...

And my account says "Novice" also..would not be surprised to login and find all my stuff gone at this stage...

Yeah I found reintalling it to fix the issue. I wonder if there something on Kakao forums or this could be a random bug thats popping up since you know Kakao BDO launcher was okay at best so far this new launcher is patching much faster and I like how it looks

Just to clarify that the conqueror packakge where i'm talking about was a pre-order package. That was the most expensive one. 

You got that option after the second closed beta ended and the full release was announced then. Conqueror package was also then with a 2 days headstart, so instead of March 3rd you started then at March 1st. 

Right, so more people are in the same boat as me. So many questions, but not much answers. And indeed, i thought the launcher which we always used so far just was receiving a big update. But it seems you have to install a whole new client. 

Well, with this in mind i'm gonna fill in a ticket then and see if PA themself are able to shed some light on it, if they gonna answer that is. Cause here on the forum they probably ain't gonna answer. 

i am also a bit worried if my packages will be still registered to my account. i also preordered the conquerors package when it was available 5 years ago, and have played on and off purchasing pearls and acquiring "coupons" that i didn't activate all. will these coupons be gone too now?

According to their notice, sounds like everybody's pack got renamed to "Novice", but you got to keep the stuff you got from your more expensive packs.
