1. Problem:

  • Perception of preferential treatment for certain players, in this case DJules, who was able to recover all of his gear after deliberately throwing it in the trash, which seems to violate the limit of 2 recoverable items per month. i believes that if me or my friends had made a similar request, it would have been rejected.   • Official policy: Ronin explains that the item recovery policy is well-defined and visible on their site. If a player accidentally deletes several items within a short period of time, it can be treated as a single recovery request, even if the monthly limit is two items.
  • He denies the idea of preferential treatment for streamers and assures that all tickets are handled in the same way, according to the company’s operational policy. He specifies that the deliberate deletion of items, like in DJules’ case, may be perceived differently depending on the circumstances and in-game logs, but that they don’t differentiate between players, whether they are streamers or not.
  • He also mentions the possibility that some players might misunderstand the recovery limit, thinking they can recover more than what is allowed.

And in the same way they refused to return my FG armor that I use for repair by mystake because i sell the repaired it after one week no response from support. Yes double standarts in the nut shell.

If you can only retrieve 2 items per month from the recycle garbage. Then you shouldn't be able to recover everything, more than 2 .

The Operational Policy covers restorations 5 times a year, not 2 items per year, and everyone can access this service regardless of who you are.

I check you board completly, three things :

- in the board it's mentionned " Items accidently deleted via Trash Bin "

- under the board it's mentionned : Recovery will be limited regarding cases where items are lost intentionally by a member, in violation of system settings, or possibly abusable within the game.  

- he's delete is stuff voluntarily.

it therefore does not meet the clause of recovery.

Thank you for your feedback. However, it is incomplete and does not clearly refer to the policy you shared. It is indeed stated that a restoration of up to 5 times per year is possible for an item. Depending on the categories, specifically for items that have been deleted (in that case, it is intentionally, please look at the video). Given that the recovery system is limited to 2 recoveries per month, could you please explain how they were able to recover the remaining items?
