I mean, with current system for feedback, its more likely that super op class will get multiple buffs due to those players upvoting and commenting on their class on this forum than some not played class spec getting any attention it needs?

I thought the feedback system was at least partially based on (up)voting to pick which items got additional attention.

As for class items, one would hope they look at voting amount proportional to class population in that case, at least as one more indicator.  Tough call though, since people playing other classes have a say too, of course.  Definitely potential for a feedback loop where the haves get more and the have nots get less.  Something something tyranny of the majority something.

well if they are going about proportions of actual active awakened caster mains in endgame pvp guilds, they shoulda done something long time ago.
