Ulukita Monster Zones

Última modificación : 24 abr. 2024, 16:36 (UTC)

Ulukita is located to the south of Mediah. As the territory covers a wide area, you can expect to feel like you are fighting the land itself while exploring the region, unlike the existing top zones. Although it requires high AP and DP, you can fight without too much stress.
In this noble, ancient land, you can obtain the new treasure, Lafi Bedmountain’s Upgraded Telescope, which allows you to instantly move to another Adventurer’s location, and the enhancement chance increasing Origin of Dark Hunger, which can be registered on the Central Market.

City of the Dead

This was a new settlement erected by those who fled south to escape the tyranny of Mediah and the Three Days of Darkness. They briefly revived civilization by discovering the ruins of Tehmelun on the other side of Ulukita, and started calling themselves Tehmelunians.
However, the Three Days of Darkness eventually caught up to southern Mediah, to Ulukita. The soldiers were consumed by darkness and resurrected as soldiers scattering black sand. They killed those who survived without recognizing their comrades. The brief civilization that had emerged from tyranny and darkness was eventually covered by the sand of the wilds and withered away.

1) Basic Information
• Mostly Lv. 66 monsters
• Melee: Tehmelun Creed Knight, Tehmelun Elite Soldier, Tehmelun Seeker, Tehmelun Military Dog

Monsters in the City of the Dead can be knocked down by successfully administering a simple gimmick. When the Tehmelun Messenger, leading the monsters, performs a certain action, using a CC skill (regardless of type) will cause all nearby monsters to fall down. Once this happens, you will have the Essence of Ulukita buff applied, which will let you easily defeat the monsters.
The key is to take advantage of this situation and sweep the monsters away.

Tehmelun Creed Knight
The more time you spend challenging the cursed inhabitants of this land, the more probable it is you’ll find yourself face-to-face against a Tehmelun Creed Knight. This commander of the black sands will constantly call for reinforcements, so always be on your guard when they appear.

Tungrad Ruins

The Tungrad Ruins, where the Tungrad School once researched the Black Spirit’s rage, are buried here.

When the Three Days of Darkness, which originated in Mediah, reached Ulukita, the native Uluan people reached out to the sealed Tungrad School as a last resort to protect their land. The power of the Black Spirit, buried within the Tungrad School, was thought to be the only way to overcome the Three Days of Darkness. They had spent a long time with the Tungrad priests in ancient times, so they thought they could handle the Black Spirit. However, contrary to their hopes, the Black Spirit released from the school mixed with the Three Days of Darkness, and turned them into monsters of rage.

Darkseekers' Retreat

It's unclear when the darkseekers first established their presence in Ulukita. Some theorize they were another faction or tribe that had close ties with the Uluan people from before Muzgar fell into ruin, while others say they were people who fled the tyranny of Mediah, Serendian cultists laboring to resurrect the Lord of Corruption, or followers of Illezra, the witch clothed in white.
The only clear thing is that no one should approach their lands, lest they want to be captured and forced to slave away to build the darkseekers’ citadel until they’ve breathed their last.

Yzrahid Highlands

Ancient weapons, safeguarding Yzrahid Highlands over countless ages, have been revealed. The largest among those, Seculion, appears to function as an ark storing the energy required for the other ones to operate. Some scholars suggest that they should control and utilize this formidable energy, yet there are no known attempts to experiment with it.
