I have heard some suggestions and speculations around Corsair and what passive skills she will or should have. As of right now, we know of faster swimming and extended underwater breath-holding. These passives make sense with the mermaid half of her character; however, the other half, being a pirate, seems lacking. In line with Shais life skill head start, starting at professional sailing seems appealing, but there are other features that are already implemented that currently have no use. On the boat stat page, there are two unused stats, Sea Current Resistance and Sea Storm Resistance. Being an expert sailor, it would fit that she would have some passive buff to these stats, such as increasing the stat as she levels or increases her sailing. If this is too many passives for a single character, then why not be able to hire her experienced otter crew as sailors that would increase these stats similarly to the sailors we can hire now? These are just a few of the many opportunities I can think of to take advantage of these stats that have been around for a long time, what do you guys think?

an "expert sailor" would understand that this should be filled with other types of sailors and not yet again some other class-locked ability, this is just absolute bullshit design.
the combat gap between new and old classes is already beyond what you could fix, adding lifeskill stuff and good convenience passives is just another slap in the face.
